La Piazza Italian Village is an authentic Italian village featuring both live and work properties. La Piazza is a mixed use development featuring an authentic piazza, dining and retail, loft and penthouse residential, adjacent condominium and town home properties, office and service pads, a health and fitness facility, wedding chapel, and entertainment lawn.

An initial aerial plat map, significant elevations, floor plans, fixtures, signage, a full identity and branding design and much more are already created. The concept is in planning and any real estate investor who may be interested in learning more please contact Realm.

This is a proprietary, exploratory project being conducted by Realm Creative. All aspects are being created in-house. Our ultimate goal is to present the concept to real estate investors.

The project is also presented to illustrate our broad range capabilities of designing for real estate developments with a key focus on the areas of conceptual design, renderings (pen, digital, and watercolor), project identity and branding, collateral, interior and exterior elevation design, landscape design, and graphical support.

All aspects of such a project are being executed. Having said this, please note that key design elements have not been disclosed.

The village of San Gimignano, Italy is considered one of the most authentic old world medieval hill towns in Tuscany. The village is well known for its many towers, which may be seen from several kilometers outside the town. The village was founded in the 3rd Century BC. Promotional marketing collateral including sales sheets, brochures, and a complete presentation binder is in development for the project.

The feel of this entire project is of complete authenticity. This is an Italian Village like no other and the marketing clearly expresses that position. The main logo incorporates the vector text carved into a rustic, distressed plaster wall pattern to resemble a hand carved look.

The hand illustration renderings below depict a wedding chapel that will reside on the grounds of the village offering an authentic Italian wedding setting. These renderings were first hand illustrated, then water colored and ultimately added to elevation presentations.

The entire project utilizes custom wrought iron work, cultured stone, tile, and smooth finish stucco to represent as closely as possible an authentic Italian setting utilizing today's building materials.

All post and monument signage, light fixtures, and other accessories have been hand illustrated initially with digital renderings to follow.
